Our Source Verification Standard
- Assign a stable source ID and link it to one or more canonical OGM topic IDs.
- Prefer official records over search snippets, secondary transcriptions and training examples.
- Record the exact statutory section, opinion paragraph, agency order and effective date.
- Document unresolved case history, missing signed approvals or conflicting source dates.
- Require human subject-matter approval before treating a legal draft as release-ready.
